We believe that all Christians are called to serve. And we believe that all disciples of Jesus Christ are called to continually learn so they can fulfull four tenets of discipleship:

  • Love God.
  • Proclaim Christ.
  • Serve others, especially the poor.
  • Seek justice.

To assist with that learning process, Centenary United Methodist Church provides and encourages attendance in the following faith-building and -strengthening activities.

  • Worship at 11 a.m. Sundays.
  • Weekly Sunday School at 9:30 a.m. Sundays.
  • Thursday noon Bible studies (this class takes ocassional one- to two-week breaks):
    • The class meets in Fellowship Hall (downstairs in the church) and is currently working its way through the book of Acts and some of the letters from Paul as we learn what the early church can teach us about ministry in the 21st century.
  • Women’s Group (UMW)- United Methodist Women’s Group that meet several times a year for study, mission, and fellowship.

We would love to have you join us in person for worship.

We are a welcoming, neighborhood, mission-minded congregation.

Join us as we strive to grow in our faith!
